We created Spin 22 to be a complete experience from the moment you walk through our doors: purposeful, powerful, and a manifestation of personal goals realized. We welcome riders from all walks of life to come together; come ride and be exactly who you want to be!

About our founders
Meet Spin 22’s founders, Erin and Cindy! They are both passionate about fitness, and are so excited to share that passion.
Fitness has always been a passion of mine! I love cardio, but my feet do not – I discovered that cycling provides me with the cardio “high” without hurting myself.
I recently went through a life-changing event and decided that exploring a new life journey that focuses on me and my passion is a way to make me a better person. I look forward to empowering others to be the best version of themselves.
Having a love for movement, I left the corporate world in 2015 and made a major career jump into the fitness world. I opened my first Pilates studio in 2015, and had my first son shortly after.
Making time for myself became more and more challenging, especially after becoming a mother for the second time. Getting out of the house slowly became a mission, and I quickly found myself missing my fitness routine until my sister asked if she could store her spin bike at my house temporarily.
With two small children at home and my husband working long hours, I jumped on her bike during nap times – and my love for spinning was born. Coupled with the benefits of Pilates, I found the perfect regimen for me!
Knowing that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all, I wanted to share my newfound love with my community and continue to advocate for movement in the way it speaks to you.
