Cancellation policy
Please note that all class reservations must be canceled 12 hours prior to the start of your class time or your account will be charged a $11 fee. No exceptions. All no-show riders will be charged a $15 fee.
If you are riding with us under a package of classes, and you cancel or no-show, you will not be charged a fee, but WILL lose the class credit. All membership cancellations must be canceled with a 14 days notice.
