Our Instructors

I love fitness and want to encourage all that is does not matter your fitness journey you belong here with us. You never know what you will get in my class, but you will have fun and some laughs. I like all genres of music. I might have a 80’s pop song followed by a country song you just never know.

Closing Song: “Fix A Drink” by Chris Jansen.

Why: I can’t fix your problems but I can fix you a drink; anything from a cold glass of water to a cocktail…. I can fix a drink.

Physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Whether you’re taking it easy or training for a major event, I’m here to help motivate & push you through your goals. I love pushing the limits and encourage growth through power and mindset. Love my music loud and good heavy climb. Join me to see what your body can achieve.

Closing Song: “Girl on fire “ by Alicia Keys.

Why: Your legs, heart, mind or all three will be on fire once you’re done with my class.

I’ve been a certified Spin Instructor for 5 1/2 years and a certified Pilates instructor for 6 and 1/2 years. My motto is “Make Fitness Fun” and that’s what I love to bring to my Spin classes. Lots of high energy and hard work. I’ve learned over the years as an instructor and with my own journey, with any fitness routine, no matter how hard or challenging it may be, if you don’t bring some levity then there is a greater chance of quitting. I want to motivate, inspire, and bring joy to all. So let’s work hard, play hard, get loud and sweat!

Closing Song: “Sweet Home Alabama” by Leonard Skynard

Why: It makes me want to dance and brings me back to my young bar days.

When taking my class I want clients to feel free to express themselves in the workout and to leave it all on the bike. I want everyone to have a great time while listening to high energy music and energy and make each ride theirs while challenging oneself.
Closing Song: Dancing in the Moonlight by Jubel
Why: I love it as a finishing song but makes you feel proud and accomplished.

My name is Sara and I have been riding for about 3 years. I love spin and the community of people it brings together. You can expect a lot of dirty beats, pop and dancing in my classes. My go to move on the bike is tap to push and jumps.

Closing Song:“Golden” by Harry Styles

Why: I love the positive message Harry Styles embodies in his songs. Golden reminds me to spread positivity and be a light everywhere I go.

I have always embraced movement of the body and fitness. I bring my passion for wellness and positivity to all rides. My hope is riders leave feeling empowered, stronger and more resilient. I believe that movement is the means to a healthy body and attitude impacting our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Exercise is healing and cathartic, it should leave you feeling refreshed. My #1 rule, it’s gotta be fun! Join me for a ride!

Closing Song: “Jolene” by Dolly Parton

Why: Dolly Parton has enriched the lives of millions, her resiliency is only one of her many endearing qualities. Life can be challenging, but I have witnessed great strength with the Spin22 community! I just want to “echo” and “encourage” all to continue their path of resiliency, despite the hard stuff.

Riders can look forward to high intensity beats, energetic drops, powerful pushes. A challenging, athletic and high-energy class that leaves you feeling powerful, invigorated and lit from within. Sometimes the bravest, hardest and most important thing you can do for yourself is to show up.

Closing Song: “Little Me“ by Little Mix.

Why: It’s a powerful reminder to treat your adult self the same way that you would treat little you.

I became an Indoor Cycle enthusiast after my father invited her to take a Spin Class at 24 Hour Fitness one Saturday afternoon 13 years ago. Thirty minutes into the ride, I was hooked. My affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. A genuine athlete at heart, I am passionate about spinning as a vehicle to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I believe that the challenge indoor cycling presents pushes people to test their physical and personal limits. My philosophies as a coach and instructor are grounded in the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment in which to develop their skills. Ride on!

Closing Song: “Easy on me” by Adele

Why: I find this song to be a very empowering song. This song shows that life is truly unwritten, it gives us a reminder that you cannot choose what is going to happen in the future, and you must stay true to yourself and pursue your goals in life and what happens – happens.

My goal is to remind each person I come in contact with that you matter! We will have one life to live so live it to your fullest. When taking my class, plan to sweat. Through sweat we will connect as a team to be the best version of ourselves one spin at a time.

Closing Song: “7 years” by Lukas Graham

Why: I adore this song for its ability to evoke a sense of cherishing each moment in life, as we inevitably age. With time being a fleeting resource, let’s seize the day and make the most of every precious moment we’re given.

Jackie O

I am a creative person who likes to encourage others to try new things – to continue learning, growing and challenge themselves. You will be challenged and encouraged to keep pushing yourself in my class. Mind over matter and each class will end with positivity and words of affirmations.

Closing Song: “Pull it together” by The Greeting Committee.

Why: I’m choosing this song because it has a great meaning, to get yourself out of the slump you’re in, the negative thoughts that prevent you from moving forward.

Closing Song: “Get Free” by Lana Del Rey.

Why: Lana Del Rey is my favorite singer of all time and “Get Free” is a perfect post-workout song to breathe and relax to. In the first few seconds of the song, Lana Del Rey takes a deep breath and sings “Finally” which is how you can expect to feel after taking one of my classes!
