I’ve been a certified Spin Instructor for 5 1/2 years and a certified Pilates instructor for 6 and 1/2 years. My motto is “Make Fitness Fun” and that’s what I love to bring to my Spin classes. Lots of high energy and hard work. I’ve learned over the years as an instructor and with my own journey, with any fitness routine, no matter how hard or challenging it may be, if you don’t bring some levity then there is a greater chance of quitting. I want to motivate, inspire, and bring joy to all. So let’s work hard, play hard, get loud and sweat!

Closing Song: “Sweet Home Alabama” by Leonard Skynard

Why: It makes me want to dance and brings me back to my young bar days.

Jaqueline

Sarah

Sarah

My name is Sara and I have been riding for about 3 years. I love spin and the community of people it brings together. You can expect a lot of dirty beats, pop and dancing in my classes. My go to move on the bike is tap to push and jumps.

Closing Song:“You’re special” by Lizzo

Why: This song brings a positive message and serves as a good reminder for my rider’s to hear as they leave my class.

Jessica

I have always embraced movement of the body and fitness. I bring my passion for wellness and positivity to all rides. My hope is riders leave feeling empowered, stronger and more resilient. I believe that movement is the means to a healthy body and attitude impacting our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Exercise is healing and cathartic, it should leave you feeling refreshed. My #1 rule, it’s gotta be fun! Join me for a ride!

Closing Song: “Rise Above it All” by Unsecret, Mike Mans.

Why: Two little words, “what if”?  “What ifs” convey fear and anxiety, which really prevent us from living in the moment, the present.  “What ifs” are a waste of time and energy and render us incapable of living a meaningful life.  Let’s choose acceptance, courage, awareness and “RISE ABOVE IT ALL”!

Riders can look forward to high intensity beats, energetic drops, powerful pushes. A challenging, athletic and high-energy class that leaves you feeling powerful, invigorated and lit from within. Sometimes the bravest, hardest and most important thing you can do for yourself is to show up.

Closing Song:Grateful” by Callmestevieray and Connor Price

Why: This is a feel good song that makes me happy.

Katie

I became an Indoor Cycle enthusiast after my father invited her to take a Spin Class at 24 Hour Fitness one Saturday afternoon 13 years ago. Thirty minutes into the ride, I was hooked. My affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. A genuine athlete at heart, I am passionate about spinning as a vehicle to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I believe that the challenge indoor cycling presents pushes people to test their physical and personal limits. My philosophies as a coach and instructor are grounded in the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment in which to develop their skills. Ride on!

Closing Song: “Smile” by Uncle Kracker

Why:My goal is for everyone to walk out of my spin class & into the world with a smile on their face .

Closing Song:“True Colors” by Cyndi Lauper

Why:This song reminds me of my childhood. Letting people see your true colors is important because being someone else isn’t possible.

you believe in being able to wake up every morning and continuing
